Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order request. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted once it has been processed, approved, and dispatched by Pindaari. A confirmation email containing your order details and, where applicable, tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Pindaari reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Products becoming unavailable or out of stock.
• Pricing or product description errors.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Payment authorisation failure.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
• Quality control issues identified before dispatch.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Product Availability

We strive to keep our inventory accurate and up to date. However, product availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund where appropriate. Pindaari is not responsible for delays caused by stock availability.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices, product information, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.

Payments

We accept secure payments through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised and received.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs procedures (for international orders), and other external factors.

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, Pindaari cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, strikes, public emergencies, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
